| These projects involve Designing and Building the infrastructure, Operating them for a specific time period and Transfering the ownership of the project to the Government after specific timeframe, which runs between 10 years and 30 years. |

| Managing such projects requires a good financial forecasting covering a long period involving management and maintenance of the entire project for a couple of decades and more and effectively converting them into a profitable cost center. |
